Pally Talk is the UK's leading community for personal assistants, executive assistants and chiefs of staff. Since 2024, we've been connecting the people who run the world's busiest offices, households and lives, and the Marketplace is the next step.

Apply as a supplierOur members aren't browsing. They're sourcing. Across our community channels, the word "recommend" appears almost 2,000 times. Restaurants are mentioned over 500 times. Hotels, 564. Private jets, helicopters, chauffeurs and yachts combined, over 150 times. Concierge services, 170 times.

We surface your request to vetted suppliers in the right category. Anonymously, your details are protected until you choose to share them.
Shortlisted suppliers pitch directly. You compare, choose, and we make the introduction. Simple.
For suppliers
Not every supplier makes it in. We review every application. Only businesses that meet our standard are listed.
When a relevant sourcing request is posted, we notify you with the brief and invite you to pitch.
If your pitch is accepted, we introduce you to the client. You take it from there.
We manually review every supplier application. No exceptions.
Our assistants are sourcing on behalf of some of the world's most demanding principals, CEOs, founders, UHNW families and C-suite leaders across 35 countries. When they use the Pally Talk Marketplace, they need to know that every supplier they're seeing has already cleared a quality bar. That's our job.
We assess suppliers on: service quality, responsiveness, professional reputation, and whether they're the right fit for an assistant-led audience. If they don't meet the standard, they don't get listed. If their standards drop, they're removed.
